Count on you

Your health is in your hands.

What’s next is up to you. With a single call to your doctor, you can improve your chances of a longer, healthier life.

Begin your longer, healthier life with one appointment

With regular wellness visits, you can avoid long-term care for chronic conditions and even reverse some conditions like prediabetes. Screening can detect certain serious conditions earlier and improve your odds of survival.

A recent survey revealed a trend: people in the U.S. are checking out of routine health care – and are almost completely unaware of the recommended guidelines

1 in 5 adults in the U.S put off their healthcare during the pandemic¹
57% of adults experienced negative health consequences from skipping care²
2% of people fully understand routine care they need based on medical guidelines³
